My first target is to get into the 11s. My tracker is showing 11st13lb, but it's lying!
It's also stating it will take until 2016 to lose next 9lb!
I'm aiming to lose those 9lb for the springy fall challenge, but need to break it up into smaller bits. My pledge for the challenge was 14lb and I'm 5 down
I've set my goal weight at 11st5lb - a BMI of 27. I figured this was more realistic than a BMI of <25. I have today admitted to my middle daughter that I'd rather be in the 10s eventually. As I've been just over 10st before and didn't look great on it, she has said she'll buy me a choccie bar if I'm starting to look gaunt again
Mind you, that's a way off considering the 12s are so teasingly out of reach.
My weigh day is Friday and that is my munching day too!
@justdee and @pinchypops we can definitely do this! I am determined to do this and I am not going to make excuses when I'm treating, just accept that everyone needs a treat now and then!

Thanks everyone and lovely to see our thread up and running @Karenm. Karen came up with the name, good isn't it :)
How's your fast going today @pinchypops?
I've just broken my fast with a slice of toast, not the best I know, but couldn't be bothered making anything else. I think I might fast tomorrow too as my sister and nephew arrive on Thursday, not sure how the fast will work when she's here, food will be ok but there will be wine most nights, better get another fast in before she gets here.
Have a great day buddies :)

I broke my fast with an apple. Just had a piece of cheese and 4 water biscuits (fancied a cheese sandwich, but my brown bread was past it's best :frown:
No idea what we are having for tea yet. Will be popping to the supermarket shortly x

Me too supermarket big shop shortly, stock up for when family arrive in a few days. Don't know what to eat this evening as don't feel hungry after eating scrambled egg a few hours ago. We were going to go to the beach today but we're going to wait until Thursday and spend the afternoon there with family. Got ironing to do this evening :( Ooh I hate ironing.
Re: Three Fast Ladies

I iron when I have no other option! Life is too short  I used to love it and the girls would take the Mickey out of me for ironing everything.
Nipped to sainsburys and bought a couple of bits. We were going to have a meat free week, but OH has bought himself some sausages.
I've now had a cheese roll and I'll be having omelette for tea (might even do a frittata)
I will fill in my MFP in a bit, to keep an eye on things.
I am looking forward to being at the point of only having to count cals once or twice a week to maintain my weight. The trouble is, I suspect I'll want to go lower than the 11st5lb, so maintaining might be a bit of a way off!
I will see how I feel WHEN I get there

The best thing about summer is less ironing. How sad am I?
As for maintaining, I'm way off. I've set my goal at 10st but actually should be 9st or less. I think I'll be happy with 10st as not been there since early 20s. Some days 10st doesn't even feel do-able but it feels ok about it today, must be in a good head space. :)

I struggle to get to my 'ideal'. When I get down to the low 10s, I start to look out of proportion. My daughter has promised to let me know if I start to look wrong x  x

@justdee and @KarenM - fantastic name, fabulous idea!

Fasting has gone....ok today.

Started of with a breakie of passion fruit, banana and coconut water smoothis, lunch was brown shrimp with quinoa, veggie stir fry and minted yoghurt. Made the mistake of stopping off in the pub to see a friend on the way home and ended up with a double vodka and soda. This was then followed by an urge to make a spinach and sweet potato tortilla that I'd seen in the BBC Good Food mag. A slice of this (169 cals) then ended up going down into my tum, so all in all - according to myfitnesspal - I consumed 637 calories today. So not too bad!

This is such a brilliant idea for a thread - hope you are both doing well today.

In terms of goals....lots of people have told me that I'm looking slimmer and that they can see 'the change' in me, however, my scales tell a different story - they reckon I lose and gain the same few pounds every week...so I'm not going to worry too much about numbers at this point, as I don't want to depress myself! My clothes feel better on, I've been treating myself to new purchases and taking more of an interest in my appearance recently, whilst at the same time LOVING getting back into the swing on creating and recreating new foodie recipes - if I can continue to enjoy my food and myself in this manner, then my goal will be met!

(Saying that - ideally I'd like to be at around 11 1/2 stone, but refuse to get hung up on it)

Happy Tuesday, everyone xx
