I had one Thai fish cake & rice followed by two pancakes filled with chopped banana & maple syrup. Lovely! :D

As a matter of interest, did anyone try making pancakes with just s/raising flour and water?

Or were they all made using traditional ingredients? :)

Overrun with eggs here so went fairly traditional (half buckwheat flour, half plain flour, eggs, milk, water, melted butter).

Oops! I didn't even realise that it was Pancake Day yesterday but everyone seems to have had a good time! Maybe pancakes for us tonight? All your fillings sound just yummy! How great to have a WOE which allows pancakes!!! I love 5:2!

I enjoyed my pancakes. I had 4 with various additions including jam, sugar, lemon, syrup and peanut butter.

I made a small one for the dog too ;)
