I'm now reading the Hairy Dieters cook book. Yummy.

Yes I've got this too - some wonderful recipes, you could just open it anywhere and find a good 'un. Can recc the spanish style chicken bake. Also the roasted cod with parma ham and peppers. Not to mention the mushroom, feta and tomato baked peppers ...
