I'm now reading the Hairy Dieters cook book. Yummy.

I think a weekly planner would be better for me. Even if I just start at one end of the book and work to the other.
Yes I've got this too - some wonderful recipes, you could just open it anywhere and find a good 'un. Can recc the spanish style chicken bake. Also the roasted cod with parma ham and peppers. Not to mention the mushroom, feta and tomato baked peppers ... :lol: :grin: :lol:
