Altona Community Choir, Victoria Chorale, Melbourne Bach Choir and from time to time, Star Chorale. Are you a fellow singer? Although it's officially past the cut off date you could probably still apply to sing with Opera in the Market if you wish to audition. Give them a ring.

And Richard Armitage as Sir Guy of Gisborne in Robin Hood, the tv series. It is the dark brooding look and the leathers....

I like David Tennant's twinkling eyes but he's a bit skinny for my taste - prefer more muscle. OH was a rugby player in his youth

Well while I don't "fancy" any women, there are certainly some who I longingly have admired over the years. Farrah Fawcet in her day. Jillian Michaels is awesome.

So go ahead, Kennc, share some women names with us:)

My current weak knee watch is Idris Elba, stunning and he could tell me bed time stories what a voice! Though not " eye candy " in his most recent role as Mandela.

I'd be interested to see if who the men on the forum think is eye candy matches is who we think they would like , if you get what I mean?

I wonder if our choices match who they think is male eye candy?

Glad you mentioned Richard Armitage, Windsinger! He's hot even as a dwarf (in the Hobbit)! I also really like Matt Damon and Richard E. Grant who I had the good fortune to meet once and he is just so lovely!

I tend to not get excited about the way people look alone (thus the Brian Cox obsession--he is an amazing communicator of science!), so here's two literary geniuses that are not hard on the eyes:

OK Kencc, Jessica Ennis for me please...

Most of you girls have extremely good taste in my opinion, even the Richard Osman curve ball!

If we put everyone in a tent we would lose lots of weight as our minds and hands would be too busy for food!

Ken, we aren't taking about 'real' people we are talking about 'celebrities' and as we all know there are very few overweight celebs. And, this thread is open to everyone and all tastes. So who is your eye candy?

For me it's mainly the twinkle in the eyes that I find attractive...Michel Roux jnr, David Tennant, Hugh Jackman, Andrea Tidona all have it. Next I need intelligence and a good sense of humour. Slimness is much less important.

Agreed Caroline, David Tennant definitely has a twinkle in his eye but in reality he is quite slim for me but that wouldn't stop me snogging him.

The attraction is 'there is just something about them' - it isn't always looks or physique.
