Yes - that twinkle in the eye - and a sense of humour in a man - is much to be prized

Yes, I do feel a bit sorry for the fellas in the forum here, and Jessica Innes is very inspiring to me. So I'm going to join in if that's ok.

Idris Elba, my friend texts me every time Luther comes back on tv.
Sean Connery, his voice and accent do something to me!!
Vin Deisel- petrol head son makes us watch fast and furious.
Paul Hollywood. Ahem..... He can bake me some buns anytime.
Seems like I prefer the older men, especially salt and peppered ones..

I can't belieeeeeve no one has said my man (maybe that's because, as I say, he's MINE!). I fell in love with him as soon as I saw him in "The Shining" puuuurrrrrrrr! It is of course the sexiest man in the world...Jack Nicholson. He will always be my favourite even though he's getting on a bit now. I think it's his voice and wicked personality. Mmmmmm

wildmissus wrote: Agreed Caroline, David Tennant definitely has a twinkle in his eye but in reality he is quite slim for me but that wouldn't stop me snogging him.

he's got a lovely accent, too. Also… I really loved his episode of Who Do You Think You Are. Another former Dr. I like a lot is Christopher Eccleston. Mostly from his Cracker days...

No eye candy here for the moment, the only one is my man (ahhhhh the joy of young love when only one man count......)

BUT, here are some of my exes eyes candy, for when I was young and innocent

Jon Bon Jovi, because, of course....
Dave Mustaine (Megadeth singer, long red hair, a mouth to die for)
Johnny Depp but can't stand him anymore
Robert Downey Jr
Robert Reford, fell in love seeing "the way we were"
Robert De Niro (damned, that's a lot of "Robert"!)

And, my first eye candy ever, when I was 13........ Jason Donovan

Hmm as a late-90's teen I was seriously into the 'skinny indie bass player' look (Nicky Wire of Manic Street Preachers, Alex James of blur etc) and that thing still does it for me, perhaps without the goth makeup! Alex James has aged pretty well.

When I met my husband I thought he looked a bit like David Tennant with a beard and although you have to squint quite a bit I suppose there's some kind of likeness there. Or perhaps that's wishful thinking! My man's very slim (as I have said, not a bad thing in my book) but is no coathanger, he also has amazing muscles and I quite like the fact that only I know how sexy his body is under those slim-fit shirts - those big beefy body builders are such a turn off for me!

And you can keep rubber-lipped Brian Cox - not for me. I may have to whisper this but *I find space talk a bit boring*.

Good to know we all like different types!

Oh and if I fancied women I'd definitely find Mila Kunis pretty sexy. And probably Nigella. And Kelly Brook - even though she's portrayed as a bit of a bimbo I think she's so pretty and has such a beautiful 1950's-type figure. Oh an Cate Blanchett. Hmm maybe I do fancy women?!

Thanks @Debs he's gorgeous, I bet he's a pest in Taz. I remember sitting under a tree in Brisbane on New Year's Eve 2 yrs ago and being absolutely fascinated by the "giant squirrels" running up and down the trunks. :?:

Ah those pesky possums!! Ours maraud through the orchard trying to pinch all of our soft fruit, little wretches. They bicker and fight on the verandah at night and OH has to run out in the altogether and move them on
We get bettongs and bandicoots and pademelons in Tas, along with quolls and of course the good old Tassie Devil!!
Meanwhile, back on David Tennant. Well not literally obviously. Hubby wouldn't approve
