What a fabulous post. You have so much wisdom there. Just one day at a time, is my motto. And I sort of put my weight in the 'things I cannot change' department. I do my twice a week fasts, I try to stick within the calorie limits on those days and if I lose weight, it's a gift. If I don't, I just plod on. It's been over 6 months since I lost any weight, but I comfort myself with the big picture and I have't put any on. But you do have so much stress in your life. I'm glad you have crochet. I do knitting, like Tracieknits and I took it up for stress reduction, initailly - mindless but mindful at the same time. I like to do fancy lace patterns but I'm not very good at it. Too much about me! I just want to say, thank you for this post and for hanging in.

I love this @lizbean. Kerrianne is classed as a SWAN - Syndrome Without A Name. She has no formal diagnosis, just a list of issues. SWAN made a video recently and it was made up of SWAN children and their families dancing and singing along to happy! It was fantastic! I wish I'd contributed, but I struggle with stuff like that sometimes.
