2nd fasting day in the books!

This time was much easier. No headache! I had cravings but I tried to occupy my mom's so I exercised instead.

With all my tracking, I burned about 1400 calories today! I did notice that I got a bit shaky after the second exercise session. I think I need to spread out my 500 calories a little better... maybe that will help!

Any suggestions? I have noticed that more of my calories on fast days are proteins... is that Okay or should I find something else?
Well done on your second day...it does get better v quickly!

relatively high protein on a fast day is fine and helps control hunger, but try to average the recommended 0.8g per kg of body weight a day. (That's 0.8g protein not 0.8g of meat!).

Splitting the calories might make you hungrier, but see how you go.
