At last.. A breakthrough! :0)
10 Oct 2013, 11:43
Been IF-ing for seven weeks now, a pound or inch off, then back on..
admittedly wks 3 & 4 i overate tho i kept up my fast and repair days.
went on friend's scale this morning which showed a loss..didnt quite believe it so went to Superdrug and yes according to print out i have lost..went to the docs and got weighed there, this time in kilos but result the same..
At last have lost 11 lbs or 5 kilos! Three scales can't all lie..
I must have lost in odd places coz waist and hips are pretty much the same..and my bust seems to have gone fuller!
Have lost from legs, trousers flapping ..glad coz my legs have gone very chunky trunky...think have lost on face, chin, neck and fingers too.
So glad i have been patient..pls peeps, anyone getting disheartened, remember it will start to happen even if its not immediately obvious! X
Thks for reading..i am having the fabbest fast n repair day ever today ..whoooopeeeeee!
