So after a weekend of eating (and I thought I was being bad!) I now weigh LESS than I did after fasting! I'm seriously confused lol I dropped almost a whole kg AFTER my weekend feeding. I guess with 4:3 I've been finding it harder to eat and rarely finish a full dinner now so maybe that has something to do with it. But I am delighted regardless- I saw 99kg on the scales today!

well done, daydreamer!
Thanks MaryAnn- I'm sure it will bounce up again tomorrow but I took my weight 3/4 times and it said the same thing every time lol. I'm just a bit confused, in a good way.
I haven't worked it out yet either; the same thing has happened to me - last weekend I had (what I thought) was a bad day because I overate (not THAT badly but definitely over TDEE) and I thought I would be bound to put loads on - in fact I lost the day after and I did better last week than in general. I think sometimes your body just needs a bit of a change to fool it a bit! Congrats on your loss anyway!
Don't knock it! I've apparently put on 4lb this weekend lol!
Brilliant daydreamer.
Oh never mind babyfish.

hooray, well done daydreamer!
Congrats, as per my other thread I expected an increase and got a decrease with no understandable reason.
Feel good about it today not sure how I am going to feel when the opposite happens.

Hi @daydreamer21 Well done that's fantastic news and going below those 3 numbers is so good to see its a bonus so accept it with joy there's no reason why your weight should go back up again if you do another successful week
Its very similar to my refeeding week where I lost 950grams don't know how it happened but I'll accept the bonuses.

@Babyfish I'm with you... I, too, have put on 4 pound. Why? oh why?! Oh yes, I've eaten too much

Yay, Daydreamer - that is great!
In the same way that we are forced to accept what the scales say when they weigh too heavy, let's utterly rejoice when they come down on our side unexpectedly!!
Am very happy for you! Plus, to drop out of 3 figures in the kg dept is such an achievement too, so you should be really proud of yourself.
Gold stars all round for the Teacher, I think

I think that maybe @carorees might have a link on that.
Brilliant daydreamer! On top of all the compliments you received last week you must be walking on air! So pleased for you sweetie!
Thank you all! I don't really care what the cause of it was it was just amazing to see brand new numbers on my scales and making me very hopeful of reaching my Easter target!!
I'd stop thinking in terms of good and bad food, it's just all food, you eat less of it some days and there's no sense or reason in how one loses weight.
I think labelling foods with emotional tags leads to "falling off wagons" if they're eaten or it makes them more attractive by being illicit.
