Sorry it's a bit belated, but I add my congrats too - it's wonderful for you to have achieved this first major milestone :) your results are especially good given you only started relatively recently - may the rest of your weight loss follow similarly :)

BTW Your meal certainly sounded yummy!

Congratulations! :) Always a great sense of achievement moving down a category, well done you!

As for the issue of setting goals in the tracker, I'll have to see about recoding things to easily include additional goals, but it probably won't be for a while now as it looks like we'll be moving next week or the week after, so busy busy here!

Alternatively you could use the pair of goals and keep stepping them down if you see what I mean, although this would mean that your ultimate goal would only be there when you're a step away from it so to speak.

Well done jools so pleased for you, it is a really amazing process isn't it?

Will have a look at Jamie Oliver 15 minute book. I already have his 30 minute meals recipe book

Thanks for your reply @Moogie, I realise you're very busy!

Thanks for your wishes, @Sassy1, yes, on with the next stage now!

And @gillymary, it really IS an amazing process - I've learnt so much about myself on this journey. And 15 min meals is much simpler and much more full of wonderful veges than 30 min meals, really tasty!

Thanks again everyone, onwards & downwards!
