MaryAnn wrote: A little worried Ive undone some of my hard work after being in Switzerland and UK for almost two weeks. My arm feels like its expanding in my cast. It's such a pleasure to have wine and cheese that I gave up trying to fast while here. I'm looking forward to fasting when I get home.

Only one friend noticed my weight loss, but I guess most of the people I saw have seen me yoyo a bit over the years.... I've invested in some new clothes since most of my old ones were falling off me, trousers in particular.

I weighed myself this morning after one fast and I have gained less than a kilogram, so not so bad. That fast was a bit of a struggle, but I hope it will get easier. And several people at work commented on my weight loss. I credit the new jeans!
Great results and deservedly so with your 4:3, I think you can brag. We understand .
You really have done fantastically well MaryAnn! I'm sure all the holiday excess will be gone in no time. :like: Hope your arm is healing well.
