I am so happy with this WOE I can't put it into words sometimes. Back in March, I started with a BMI over 32, and now I'm so close to a healthy BMI it can see me waving at it! It's been so easy following this WOE I have hardly noticed it. I've been doing for 4:3, but even with three fasts per week I don't feel like I'm constantly denying myself.

I keep clicking on my progress tracker because I can't quite believe my progress sometimes.

I hope it doesn't sound like I'm bragging. I'm just so darn happy!!
Good on you Maryann, you've had a fabulous weight loss and have stuck to the WOE so well.
Congrats.
That is great for you! Very disciplined doing 4:3 all
this time. We started almost the same time and you have left me in the dust! ;-)
You're doing great, Doey. I run a lot, which is probably helped.
Well done MaryAnn! Excellent results and I agree with you, it's doesn't need discipline for me and 4:3 seems better many weeks as I'm in the rhythm. Give us a shout when u reach normal BMI and how about letting US see your tracker ;>)
Really well done! So good to read of others successes.
Good for you MaryAnn ! :like:

I don't think it's bragging, I think your success can be seen as a ray of light for others. I mean, dieting is not easy and giving up when it doesn't go as fast as we wish can be tempting so reading succes story can really be a boost
Well done. I think we are all amazed at how great this way of life is, and how easy it is to follow the fasting. Keep it up :victory:
Well done, MaryAnn! I'm inspired and envious all at the same time

What you said about running confirms my experience that exercise helps weight-loss but I know many on this forum don't agree. Goes back to the point that our bodies respond differently, I guess.
Go on, have a good brag, you deserve it !!!

Well done you, enjoy :)
Well Done MaryAnn you've done amazingly well
I so love this WOL same as you and I'm doing 4:3 same as you, but my BMI was over 44 at the start so that's where the similarly ends Lol
Hope to get a little closer each week though. Good Luck :clover: Sue
Woohoo MaryAnn!!!! What an exciting time for you! You're an inspiration! 2013 so far has been GREAT year! :-)
A little worried Ive undone some of my hard work after being in Switzerland and UK for almost two weeks. My arm feels like its expanding in my cast. It's such a pleasure to have wine and cheese that I gave up trying to fast while here. I'm looking forward to fasting when I get home.

Only one friend noticed my weight loss, but I guess most of the people I saw have seen me yoyo a bit over the years.... I've invested in some new clothes since most of my old ones were falling off me, trousers in particular.
Hi Maryann don't worry to much about undoing the hard work, holidays are for enjoying yourself and you've so earned it enjoy your wine + cheese + whatever  then climb back on board and repair what needs to be repaired next week maybe. Good Luck :clover: Sue
Congratulations and good for you!! Thank you for sharing your success. :D
