Well done on reaching your target and for continuing despite the plateaus.

Keep on with the 5:2 as long as you feel comfortable. The mirror and your family will tell you when it's enough, plus it's good to feel in control of your eating on the fast days.
I've been using coconut oil for my skin for a while now and I must say, that apart from my hands, its working a treat. I tend to have my hands in wood shavings or in the garden soil too much for them ever to be pretty, plus I chew my nails, so my hands are disapointing.
Good for you Wingsinger123! You are an inspiration to those of us starting the journey.
I'd love to hear how maintenance goes for you.

Thank you for the encouraging post, Windsinger123. I'm not too far behind you, in pounds and nearness to goal, so it is very interesting to read your thoughts.

As to the wrinkles, I'm afraid the ship has sailed for me. :dazed:
It comes with living in the American Southwest. (Actually I'm not horrible, but when I look at the skin of women who live in Oregon's moist weather, I regret not being more careful as I was growing up.) I didn't realize I was avoiding the mirror until my husband would come into the bathroom (which has natural lighting from a window) and say, "Oh, why don't you turn on the light?" and then turn it on. Hmmmm! :?: I guess there was a reason I wasn't turning it on.
Ditto,Ditto..Well done you..Just now enjoy Carefully..  :victory:
