Yesterday was my second feast day ( today is my second fast day) and though I did remarakably well on my fast day, I overdid it yesterday. I was so sure I'd be able to control myself, but I went for dinner at my mum's and ate too much (not way over the top) but the bad things is that I almost had a bottle of wine!!!! THing is when I drink wine I can rarely stick to one glass, it's more like 3 or 4 large ones! Still I don't want to have to give up altogether or I'll just end up feeling deprived and go crazy. Do you think I should only drink on week ends to seriously cut down the calories in the booze?
