Thanks Deb, that's true. I actually walked last week and plan to walk and/or rollerblade this weekend. However, it seems that I lost more weight when I wasn't exercising, which is somewhat disturbing!

I just saw this! Well done @cblasz :like: :victory: :clover: . This method can be frustratingly slow but when we see the number drop its such a high and you think to yourself in a surprised way ' its really working!" I still think that every time I see a new low and I've been doing this for 16 months! :wink:
