Thank-you for the inspiration and yes slowly is truly the right way to go.
You must feel so chuffed to be ''half-way'' there, just think when the one year mark comes along and what the scales will be telling you at that point!!! And basically what is 52weeks out of a lifetime, like you say this is a life changing/habit/changing program for all of us :like: :heart:

Wow! Fantastic achievement :like: You should be really proud of yourself. :victory: I've got around 5 stone to lose so this post really is inspiring and so so relevant.
