Many people say that I don't look that heavy, there are many pics of me on here. I have rocks in my pockets.......
It's not all about the numbers it's also about what you eat, what you don't eat, how you look and ultimately how you feel. My goal is 11.11 which I will achieve after my Hols hopefully before autumn.
I never have breakfast and very low carb it when I'm "in the zone" when not, I will have the odd bread roll, slice of toast, chips when out having a meal. I eat full fat yoghurt, butter, cream and cheese. But not everyday lol.
We are all different and when you are happy with yourself, you are half way there. Keep plugging away, as in the last year I have learnt more about nutrition and how to love myself than ever before.
