@Sarahg take a look at this pic of me.
I am 5ft 7
Weigh 12st 7
Fat % 36
Exercise 4-5 times a week and achieve 12k steps a day.

Many people say that I don't look that heavy, there are many pics of me on here. I have rocks in my pockets.......
It's not all about the numbers it's also about what you eat, what you don't eat, how you look and ultimately how you feel. My goal is 11.11 which I will achieve after my Hols hopefully before autumn. :?:
I never have breakfast and very low carb it when I'm "in the zone" when not, I will have the odd bread roll, slice of toast, chips when out having a meal. I eat full fat yoghurt, butter, cream and cheese. But not everyday lol.

We are all different and when you are happy with yourself, you are half way there. Keep plugging away, as in the last year I have learnt more about nutrition and how to love myself than ever before.
Thanks Caroline
I know have to be less obsessed by the number on the scale
It's a hard lesson and I am trying. Actually I don't weigh a lot but for me it's a number bigger than I would like
However, I am getting stronger and more flexible from my daily yoga which is also teaching me to like myself more.
I have decided I will be continuing 52 or4/3 and weigh every day but try not to let the slow progress get to me.the care and support here helps a lot
You look amazing and I love your positive attitude.
Nice one Sarah.
And what you don't know is that I had a hysterectomy a couple of weeks before Xmas and was back to fasting and exercise 6 weeks after. I also managed to maintain whilst re- cuperating over that dizzy Xmas period by using an eating window.
This place is not just a forum anymore, it's a place of security, warmth and learning. So you've got plenty of time to settle into whatever suits you best.
@carieoates, thank you for such a lovely supportive post. It is a timely reminder to all of us, including me, that the scales aren't everything!
I need reminding of that regularly, especially when things aren't happening on the scales.
Obviously in carie's case, exercise has toned regardless of what the scales say and the results are amazing!!
Thanks @Debs
@carieoates what a lovely toned feminine trim figure you have!!! Thanks for posting that!! I'm the same height as you!!
Xxx
Caroline, you look lovely. As Juliana said, a lovely feminine shape. I'd love to look like that..I'm 5'5" and a half, weigh 12 stones (again) and want to lose 2 stones. That photo is inspiring.

Not looking for compliments girls. But nice the same.
Was hoping to inspire, and my job here is done, as they say.
