So well done Hazelnut20, and especially sharing your story! So inspirational for all of us. I know what you mean about being evangelical. Yesterday I was in a book shop and I saw a woman looking at the MM book. ' That's the one,' I said. 'I've lost 14 kg in 12 months on that diet.' She bought the book. I wanted to go on and evangelise about the forum because I doubt I could have been so successful without the forum and reading stories like yours. Thankyou.

Amazing ... Well done )
What a wonderful post Hazelnut. Thank you so much for sharing. It was an inspiring read. Don't you just wish every overweight person knew about this WOL. I know it wouldn't suit everybody but for the people willing to give it a try- its truly liberating isn't it? As you said, the freedom of not worrying about where the next meals coming from, the weight loss, the repairing benefits ( Mark Sisson from Marks daily apple says that a cells job is to split in 2. There are only so many times it can do that in your lifetime. When there's no food around the cell says, well there's not enough food for me so I can't split. Instead the cell starts to repair itself. Some people who don't need to lose weigh do intermittent fasting just as a means to live a longer healthier life)
So its all good and aren't we lucky we've found this magical WOE.

You are a great advocate for this WOL, Hazelnut! Truly inspirational, and done just by observing the basic philosophies of this WOL.
Many congratulations for all you have achieved so far, and very best wishes as you continue this journey.

Congratulations! And thank you so much for sharing your story. This is what drew me to the WOE, eating what I want except on those 2 days. Worked for me, so happy it is working for you as well!
Your post really moved me, Hazel. Thank you for sharing.
I love the inspirational stories I read on this site on a daily basis. They are motivating and make me know we are not alone in this. Thank you again.

I don't believe it! I have just spent well over an hour replying to you all.......hit the preview button....only to be told I must be logged in before I can post!! When I started, I was logged in.......so what happened? Did I time out?? Is my humongous reply floating around in cyber-space? Can it be retrieved? Oh grrrrrr! This has happened to me before....probably because I write too much! BTW - what happens if you press "save draft"?? Is it the same as just hitting "save" on a computer?
Heartfelt thanks everyone, for your wonderful support & encouragement - I so appreciate everything each & every one of you has posted on this thread xxx
P.S. photos will follow....once I can work out how to do it!!
