Congratulations on being in a new BMI section!
I think you have a grea attitude to this WOE, you are making it work for you!

Thank you for your lovely replies. This WOE is so amazing. The fact that I could enjoy so much good food this weekend with no guilt then have today to fast and give my system a welcome break just feels so right. Now it seems so normal to share entree sized foods at a restaurant and at the BBQ load up on all the salads with just a bit of meat. Most people had the cheesecake and the pavlova- i just chose the one i really wanted ( pav) then after eating half i felt satisfied so gave the rest to my son. I did not feel indigestion but full for the rest of the night so no dinner needed just because its ' dinnertime'.
This is a new WOL that is sustainable for me. Have a great day everyone.
Cheers,
Xxx julianna

Fabulous - we've lost the same amount of weight - but you've done it faster, so well done! It's great to move a category isn't it?

Thank you @No_More_Mrs_Michelin It is a wonderful sense of achievement to move down a category of the bmi numbers. We really are at the same stage of bmi and weight loss. Thats just great. I'll be watching your progress with pom poms waving. :victory:
Cheers,
Xxx julianna.
