I'm taking note of all these posts because I'm getting very close to the
6 months stage, I will be on holiday the week after so that should confuse my body even more :shock: we'll wait and see.
Good Luck to everyone trying to kick the plateau into touch.

Congrats! Onward and downward!
130.2kgs today (woo, new record). So far this week have been losing at rates similar to soon after I started doing 4:3. At the risk of tempting fate, happy to report that the plateau has broken. ADF fits in nicely with my social calendar over the next could of weeks so switching to that to take advantage.
