Yesterday and today I reached my lowest weight for years after weeks of ups and downs. I am so pleased that I want it to continue. I did say earlier this week that I would cut out all wine, chocolate, bread, past, rice and potatoes completely even though I only have them at weekends anyway. Well, I'm afraid it was all pie in the sky. Fridays is my end of a long week evening and I'm afraid the wine has just been uncorked and after dinner there may be a chocolate bar. I just am not ready for this step. I am having a small portion of curry with a huge salad and a spoonful of rice. I will also have a teeny bit of naan bread. I am so good all week, I NEED this
