Woohoo! It's always interesting when you think of what your 'loss' actually is - how many bags of flour, or suitcases or whatever!

Well done :-)
Blast, my new boots a full size smaller are still too small. Its looks like its back to ebay with them. They are really nice boots too.
Congratulations, Julie, that's a great news ! :victory: :high5:

How much did your surgeon ask you to lose before your operation ?
He just told me to lose as much as possible. My doctor said they would probably be fine with a BMI below 40, better yet below 35, obviously absolutely fine with 25 but that would stretch the time too far.
I am hoping to knock half a BMI point off before I see him in 3 weeks, and going by how slow the NHS is, be below the 35 mark before the actual surgery.
Well done Julie!

It's fab to move from one BMI range to another, I've just had that sense of satisfaction, and have been inspired by my OH (Minigill) who has just moved a bracket as well

Keep up the great work

John

Yes I know exactly what that 3stone feels like coz as you know I'm no longer carrying that amount around
Great feeling and almost better feeling the drop in you BMI.
Enjoy all and I'm sure we can always think of a few more
goals to fit in. Good Luck. :clover: Sue. :clover: :clover:
Bet you're super chuffed. That's amazing. Well done.
Fantastic! Amazing to think you have dropped a suitcase! I picture weight loss in big bottles of water, and you have now lost two packs of six! :like:
Well done that woman! Yay! Whoop whoop! And other such celebratory noises.

Big pat on your back  :star:
Well done, that is a fantastic achievement! Next time you're near a sports store go in and put together 19kg in the weight lifting section. It will be interesting to see if you can lift it!
So very happy for you! You are an inspiration
