You look wonderful and slim caroline.:-) i think yours is a case where BMI should be throw out the window when you are obviously toned from muscle and have a super slim waist from all your exercise. perhaps a good time to declare you have reached goal maybe? happy fastiversary :victory: :victory: :victory:

Can't believe you're 12st - might your scales need checking for accuracy - or your eyesight (squinting down at those scales)? I know muscle weighs more than flab - but yours must be leaden!
