Congratulations, @SilverDarling It's been such a pleasure to read your posts and watch your progress.

We have links, I think, in having similar starting and ending points, and in both being in the library world. :cool:

Thanks to everyone for the warm wishes expressed here :heart: and it's really nice to have had such positive feedback from fellow fasters - old and new :lol: :wink: - well I plan to stick around a long time, and hope to gatecrash the mainteneering tent before too long ... so watch out, there might be another slim one squeezing in :victory: :cool: :victory: and you might all have to budge up pretty sharpish!!! :razz: :wink:

Awesome job Silverdarling! I too took body measurements in the beginning and was astounded 2 months in on how many all around inches I had lost. Stopped 52 only to start again and I re-measured due to weight gain and I was only three inches up so that was reassuring as well. I don't think you can only depend upon a scale.
