I can't say that I have been fasting properly for the last week, but I haven't over eating either. Maybe overdrunken wine and had an occasional small (150ml) can of coke
I haven't weighted nor measured my dinners, a McD lunch twice….not much crisps or candy. So I stepped on the scale with abided breath this morning and it showed - nothing. That is, not one single gr gained
