Just wanted to add that I would love to let see my tracker but can't. With a 18.44 BMI I am considered underweight so the tracker doesn't accept it. The crazy thing is that if I was just 1 kg heavier, my I would have a 18.82 BMI so it would be fine. Just with 1 kg difference :shock:

About the TDEE, mine is 1795 with a moderate activity. I walk 1 hour and practise some yoga every day.

Many congratulations wendyjane from a fellow shortie! You have done so well in maintaining plus the added bonus of taking up running. There's no stopping you now!
