Yes, I'm like you. I only record my weekly weight on here. Although I often wonder whether to leave it where it is if it goes up! I keep a weight loss journal and that gives some interesting results. Yesterday I was 11:5 and today I'm 11:2. Really pleased with that. I guess tomorrow's weigh in will be different (maybe 11:4) but then its a fast day, so the next day it'll go down again. It keeps going up and down until you suddenly realise that after 10 weeks you've lost 12 pounds. I'm a very pleased Bean! And it'll work well for you too...just mark my words!!

That's what I do too - I write my weight down every day in a little book (saddo?!) but I only record Thursday's weight on the Progress Tracker - whatever it is and sometimes it goes up but I just figure that if I weigh every day I will see the trend and it will stop me getting despondent if I weight myself once a week and haven't lost or gained. I think the worst thing I could do is not to get on the scales because I'm scared to - that way disaster lies!!!
