Delighted or Disappointed?

A sneak jump on the scales this morning to see what damage yesterdays carbohydrate stuffed day had done to my weight showed a very surprising additional 1lb weight loss. Which brings me to my reason for celebrating.

My BMI is now at 40.07, I am only 0.07 away from being no longer morbidly obese, just ordinarily obese. Plus my hair is so long that I'm sure it accounts for the 0.07 calculation.

So, as it says, to hell with 0.07 points of BMI, I am declaring myself to have dropped into safer territory.

Go me.

total weight loss so far 40.5 lbs. or 2 stone 12.5 lbs. or 18kg.
With a reduction of 6.75 BMI points.

There is still a long way to go, but it seems so much more attainable on this diet than any other diet ever tried before.

For those with medical problems, this has been obtained with virtually no exercise. Just an occasional potter around the garden and a walk around the car boot sale.
Go Julie
Prompted by you on another post at the supermarket yesterday I just happened to pick up 12kgs of cat litter (my weightless thus far) and I was blown away by the weight I was dragging around before 5:2.

So wow to you that's a big loss, you're an inspiration here, and in good time too. Well done
