End Week 5 & no plateaus!
02 Mar 2013, 09:41
Today's weigh in at the end of 5 weeks was a bit of a concern as last weekend we ate a pizza AND were invited out for a delicious Chinese dinner (a belated birthday supper). I have just weighed and have lost another 0.5k or 1lb 10ozs.

I am thrilled and my overall weight loss of almost 6 kilos is hugely motivating to me. I hope it helps galvanise and motivate anyone going through a wobbly moment. ;)

Weighed in yesterday and put on 3lbs but lost nearly 2 inches from my wasit??? Not sure how that happened. We did have friends over on Sunday and went through 4 bottles of wine, but the rest of the week ive been very good. I have started new tablets and was told that they pile on the weight, so a bit disappointed, going to try and take tabs every other day. Sod this if trying to lose and tablets are preventing that. But losing the inches, so a bit confused
