Delighted or Disappointed?

I set myself a target of losing one stone before going on my holiday to Egypt next week. Well I have slowly been losing weight since Christmas & I have finally lost that stone. I didn't start 5:2 until 31st January because I hadn't found it or this WOE & was dieting online with Rosemary Conley. You know the calorie counting, low fat type of diet. But with all the information in the forum & Dr M's book my perspective & WOE has changed for good. I am sure that I will put on some weight on holiday but I now have the re-assurance that I will be able to lose that when I come back. My OH will also be starting 5:2 then.
It is so good to think of myself as 14 stone something instead of 15 stone & more. :D
WEll done - that is a brillaint achievement. I know I'm finding it alot easier then thinking about dieting all the time :)Have a wonderful holiday

Same weight as me now, I was also up over 15st briefly so it's a very good feeling. Have a great holiday!

Have you entered your stats on the progress tracker? Because at the moment,next to your post, it says only 2.5kg lost!

I have put my weight into the tracker. Since starting on 31/01/13 it shows me losing 5-6 lbs. I had previously lost some weight before joining the forum hence my total weight loss of one stone. I don't want to mislead anyone.
