I set myself a target of losing one stone before going on my holiday to Egypt next week. Well I have slowly been losing weight since Christmas & I have finally lost that stone. I didn't start 5:2 until 31st January because I hadn't found it or this WOE & was dieting online with Rosemary Conley. You know the calorie counting, low fat type of diet. But with all the information in the forum & Dr M's book my perspective & WOE has changed for good. I am sure that I will put on some weight on holiday but I now have the re-assurance that I will be able to lose that when I come back. My OH will also be starting 5:2 then.
