so true! Just having my dinner now as hubby was starving, courgette "pasta" with mince sauce and peppers + mushrooms, 350kcal :D so a bit left for later
Hi there, new to this site today, looks encouraging!
I've been doing this for 5 weeks and have lost 11lbs so far, sooo pleased already!
I've got a whopping 5 stone to lose, but it's 1 step at a time and I am being patient - I have a beautiful chinese embroidered silk jacket which I've never been able to fit in, (it was a gift 5 years ago!!!!) So it won't be long before I can wear it out when my husband takes me for dinner in it.
Unlike previous wkends I feel I've overdone it today (pasta at lunch time and soup AND bread). Your stomach really does shrink when you get going on this diet,I think most will find you just can't take the amount of food you could before, especially if you feel ill after it like I do now.
And I've not missed out on my treats on feasty days. But today I really feel
quite ill after such a big lunch, so much so, I don't want my dinner. stoopid!
BUT,lessons learned along the way and I won't be doing THAT again.
That's what it's about while we're starting out,you find your way. I must say though, I've found it very easy really. My Mum and her twin are also doing this, we're all losing, but I'm the biggest loser out the family so far! Keep going! and enjoy!
