Have had quite a "fat" weekend and looking all forward to my fasting day tomorrow! Never thought I would feel that way. Tomorrow will be my 4th fast, last week I managed to lose 1.2kg! which is about 3lbs for those who don't do kgs This week I'm tempted to do 3 fasting days, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Read in a magazine that you can do 1:1 if you wanted to really boost the diet, but thinking 3 times a week will be enough for me.
I can feel I can eat less already, and yet I was stupid enough to try and push it yesterday at breakfast, and ended up feeling sick for hours after so from now on I'll admit to myself that I need to listen to my body and that its actually good for me to eat less
