Wow Peta, I can't believe how thrilled I feel for you, a complete stranger! You count your fast days, same as I do. If you lost a stone in 18 days any other way you would run to the Doctor :lol:

Well done! I am hoping for a stone but so far 10.5lb in 9 weeks but so delighted with this - but also 2 inches off each thigh and one inch off waist - amazing.

I fast two days a week and gym on those days too but only for
40-45 minutes and its so easy why didn't I do this before?? Here's hoping for my stone soon.

My husband was very cynical at first but now admits it works - might even persuade him to join me.
