Fantastic, well done you! And it is such a good idea to post the before and after photos. Just goes to show what a difference losing a stone can make.

Wow well done, you look like a different person so much younger!
Amazing how weight can age us, that alone has definitely motivated me.

Thank you for such lovely comments, it's you lot kept me going! Will let you know how I get on with 6:1 - although I may actually need to do a bit more 5:2ing in May as we are off to Italy at the end of April and I intend to enjoy all those Italian goodies.

Please post about how your 6:1 maintain goes. I'm starting mine next week too...I just hope it will be as easy to maintain the weight as it was to lose it with 5:2.

Well done you look fantastic ,how long did it take you ?

It took me 7 months with blips over Christmas and when I was on some anti-inflammatories. I lost on average half a pound a week, sometimes at a pound a week and sometimes at much less but did my best not to let the slow times put me off as they never lasted very long. Things did slow down even more as I neared my target but I just kept at it because my fat ratio was reducing nicely. Am thrilled to achieve it and even more thrilled by the kind interest of the Forum.
