Delighted or Disappointed?

Hello,

As Sunday was my last fast I was suprised to see that after my Monday feed day I still lost ( around 2000 kcal eaten)

I still have one more feed day to go so I expect to gain a little, but up until now I have lost 2.4 kg (5.3lbs I think)
So I'm really happy :-)

I'm sure it won't continue at this pace but I'm getting married end of April so I would like to lose a bit more by then.

Yes I find the loss on the scales can take a day or two to show. I think it's something to do with water retention but also foods still in transit.

Hello Carorees,

It was a pleasant suprise :-) as I thought I would lose after fast and always gain a bit after feed!
