I just did my morning weigh in and checked my stats. I have gone from a BMI of over 25 to 23. My weight is now 155.5 lbs., down from 166 lbs. 3 weeks ago. basically losing 3 lbs. a week. I am so happy I found this diet plan.

Well done Dazzlecat - I am in my third week and definitely feel lighter and my clothes are looser so I am looking forward to weighing myself, but I don't think it'll be anywhere near as much as you! You should be feeling the benefits of this weight loss too!
