Thanks to all of you  .. Yes I am feeling just great  and for now it seems like very easy doing this kind of diet for weight loss and on the top of that the benefit of health too  . Even though I know that the plateau will come with no weightloss for a while, I feel deep down inside, that I can do this till the end  When I am looking back - my God - how many diets I have first succeed and then failed. I am sure many of you have tried that too.

This is the best way ever - for life :victory:

Thanks again for all your support girls. It means a lot to me, and I am very happy to have found this site. :like:

Yay well done!!!
Fantastic, it feels great doesnt it......:)
Well done to all who wanted to hug & kiss the scales this morning!!! I did too! A whole kilo off this week (I fast every mon & thurs) waking up 'feeling' thinner and then having it confirmed on the scales instantly lifts yr spirits doesn't it? I started this WOE 8 weeks ago with 16 fasts. A total of 5 kilos off :). More astonishing still - I only started measuring myself two weeks ago - and in two weeks I've lost 4 inches off my waist, 2 inches off my hips and almost an inch off each arm! Two pairs of jeans sent to charity shop! Happy happy happy! And not too sure if I would've managed this without the help and advice from this forum. It's such a positive place to be!
