I've been on this WOL for 7 weeks and had been losing a steady 1 pound each week. This past week I took a cruise to the Bahamas and with all the food available I knew I would gain some of those pounds back. I wasn't looking forward to re-losing it. I did not count calories nor did I try to make healthy choices - I just ate what I wanted. So the morning after I arrived home I weighed myself expecting the worst. You can imagine my surprise to find that I had actually lost 1/2 pound!
My appetite is much reduced - I looked at the massive amounts some of those people ate at the buffet and thought about how I used to be able to overeat just like them. And I could not do it without this forum. The sharing of issues here is critical to my success - Thanks !!
