Delighted!

I'm very pleased with my progress; since 11 Feb I've lost 11 pounds and managed to loose a few inches off my waist. I've had a few weeks with no loss at all and one week with a gain but overall a nice steady downward trend. I've got another 6lbs to my goal and hope to be able to maintian it until I get married in September. I think this WOE is great and suits me so well. The thought I can basically eat what I like (within reason - though including my essential Twix!)for 5 days a week without going through the torture of a 7 days a week diet has just made it so easy!

Good luck and good losses to everyone embarking on their new way of life. :clover:

Congratulations piglet1! It sounds like you are losing weight nice and steadily so I'm sure you won't have a problem in maintaining the WOE once you reach your target.
