Serves me right !

I knew I shouldn't have ! Weigh that is. After a very indulgent weekend and a Tuesday evening on the vino, my 2 fasts this week have had their job cut out, undoing all what I did. They got me back on track, usually I would have thought 'blow it might aswell wait till next week now' ! But it just proves this WOE is sustainable . My weight has stayed the same maybe up a pound, depends how I stood on the scales, and wether I breathed in or not  But my waist has gone down a cm' so really I am pleased with my results.

I am going to add a 3rd fast day on Saturday, that'll shock my body which usually has 3 days of weekend indulgence in a row, but it'll also make me think and be more in control . I think I'll go back to my 2 week weigh ins too' as I think this gives my body enough time to adjust and fluctuate. But today is Friday' I have 16 people to prepare and cook for' as Sunday is World Sherry Day' and my Supperclub is fully booked .

Buen fin de semana todos :like:

Well done for sticking to it! I know exactly what you mean about feeling in control. I never thought I would look forward to fast days, but by Monday morning I'm ready for one. Still not happy about the Wednesday one, but in time (hopefully) I will be able to do just the one.....

Enjoy your weekend, sounds like you'll be busy (in a good way)!
