Upset!

Weighed in yesterday before 3rd fast lost 3lb. Great.
Weighed this morning after 3rd fast Put on 1lb!

Help!!!

Yeah me too! See my post on same subject. Must be something in the air!

Let's not focus on this week too much. Think of the long term. I'm sure it's just a blip. :)

I would recommend not weighing every day. Pick the same day/time a week for your weigh in to give a better overall result. Good Luck!

Hi all,
I too gained a 1lb last week!! Im glad to see this is normal because i panicked!
I am doing a 4:3 this week to try and shift it and have my official weigh in day tomorrow so I will report back, if I havent lost at least 1lb im going to cut down on my feast days as I think this may be where i'm going wrong!
On the plus 4:3 isnt as hard as I thought, im on my third day today and dont feel much hungrier then when i do 5:2!

Hi Tracy...getting on the scales more than once a week can send you nuts, but as others have said I think it's the norm to sometimes gain.
