A modest loss but a loss nonetheless, and I knew this wasn't going to be a fantastic week. It's half term so that means no routine to speak of, later nights and later mornings. Plus it's been naff weather so we've been in the house for much of the week.
I've realised something, the only way I am going to lose weight is with this WOE and a lot of exercise. I usually do at least 3 workouts a week, PLUS my abs and hula hooping class, but this week I was feeling rubbish about life so I just did my class.
Onwards and downwards and back to it next week. Thanks again to everyone for the support this week, I'd have definitely failed my fasts if it hadn't been for you guys!
