You really do look gorgeous, slim and healthy! I am sure people just feel a bit shy in case they imply that yo were overweight before. Thanks for showing us the great shots. It makes such a difference if people start to notice, this has just started happening to me, yay! I have another 8 kg to lose, can't wait to fit into some lovely long stored away clothes!
Well done Nadia, you look amazing. Such an inspiration and your little black dress is divine.

Makes me smile too to read the supportive comments on here for you. It's such a great environment. Pat on the back everyone! :victory:
You look great. It is not just your tummy, face neck and arms too. Can't believe your BMI is correct though overweight is not the first word I would use to describe you. Well done.
You look brilliant - people are obviously unsure about saying something!
Fabulous. You look beautiful and super slim!!! Well done. I like seeing your before and after as I have to lose 10 more kilos and it is nice to see what a huge difference it will make. :like:

Then I scrolled down and was really amazed at how you look now. You're like a different person altogether. Well done!!

I just did exactly the same lol
You can absolutely see a difference, and you look amazing!

I've also lost the same amount and nobody has noticed with me either, except hubby who is the only person who knows I'm doing 5:2. It's all very strange.

It took around 8-10 weeks. I tend to both gain and lose weight rather quickly for some reason.

Thank you again wonderful, wonderful people - now I will put on something fabulous that shows of my waist and go to work with a big, big smile on my face
I've just been directed to your post and want to say a big well done! You look fantastic, and may I add, younger too! Very inspiring :)
You look great, I too this time haven't had anybody notice, except my own family, even in a swimsuit on the beach ! I think we need to remember we are doing this for ourselves « note to self ! Still away to go for me and I can't wait to wear a LBD like that - well done you x
Obvious difference.

People most likely notice but may not want to mention it because: 1) it can seem too personal ("gee I'm watching your weight and figure"), 2) they are afraid of embarrassing themselves or you if they are wrong (akin to asking if someone is pregnant and they aren't), and 3) reluctant to make too big a deal of your weight loss in case you end up in that 90% that regain, esp if THEY have lost weight and then regained it later.

They may even be reticent to complement you too much now if they haven't in the past because the change in THEIR behavior might seem too glaring to THEM (like, would you think that means they thought you looked bad before?)-- people over think and get weird. LOL Don't let it bother you. You can see the change with your own eyes and I'm sure you can feel it inside as well!

I'm sure as time passes, whether people mention your weight LOSS or not, you will get more complements on your appearance NOW, which is great and probably the better thing, right?
You look absolutely fabulous! And thank you for your description of your fitness plan. It is obviously working for you!

And as to the BMI, I know that if you don't have a small frame and are muscular (which we all want), the BMI is not particularly accurate.

Congratulations!
