Fantastic! Do you feel that you will be able to eat this way for life?
I do not have a lot of self control. Right now I have the mindset and have been able to lose 14pds with much more to go. I wonder even now when I reach my target will I still be able to fast happily.

I think that I stop fasting, when I find my own way to eat helthy and keeping my weight on these numbers. And if it looks that weight starts to go up again, then I go back fasting. But my idea is to be able to eat normally and still maintaing your weight.

That's the great thing about fasting, isn't it? You can just fast whenever you need to compensate for overeating!

What is your Maintenence plan? I'm very near my target too and am inside ring my options. I would like to hear what you have in mind.
