I blogged about my meh week, mainly so I can go back and have a read. I think I may have been getting a little complacent. Anyway, here you go

Hey imcountingufoz, we all feel your pain!

Life goes on, though, and you (and we) will climb back up on the horse and carry on. I don't know about you all, but relatively small setbacks with dieting in the past would have made me give up. Perfection was unattainable, definitely unsustainable.

No more! I'm happy with pretty doggone good overall.

Moogie, awesome before/after pictures on your avatar!

Sounds like a smidge of water retention to me caused my the salty food, muscle change, or jut life....and sometimes I find that being too 'good' is when I plateau. I've just seen the scales swoop own a couple of pounds after a week when I had lots of treats on a trip away-cooked breakfasts, a cream tea, champagne, fish and chips. I also quite easily kept an eye on not eating everything everyday, so after the breakfasts I only nibbled lunch, it was one glass of champagne etc.. But I really do find that it's the little bouts of indulgence that make all the difference. So I'd agree with those who say 'don't worry'. Maybe relax? ;)
