I love 5:2 + 16:8 also!! So pleased that your ankle isn't fractured. Hope resting heals it quickly. X

Thanks again for your well wishes. Am grateful no break. Silver darling I won't be getting fatter if I can help it. Maxy our dog will chunk up but we will work on it later, he has a good perimeter around here to run anyway.
Now Ballerina that was clever of you ... had me thinking there for a moment ... who is Bill ... We have this fabulous program on our ABC called "Q and A" on a Monday night. Have a look on www.abc.net.au/qanda. its the best television if I can stay up I am hooked. A panel of guest speakers always some pollies and visiting overseas guests. Very spirited discussions. That night it was only Bill Gates.

I have to say Ballerina you have me rolling around with laughter. Thanks it's great fun
