Hi all i am delighted with my weight loss coming up to a stone now. :grin: but inch loss there isent any :confused: Would anyone no why this is and if i am doing anything wrong :confused: Rather lose inches than pounds.

Hmm, that is odd...where are you measuring yourself? Have you seen the topic on how to measure your #waist?

hi carorees been measuring round the bellybutton.I will have a look at that topic notice a change in my arms maybe starting there first then belly second.Thanks for the help.

I measure two places, my waist and my thighs. My calorie tracking website has graphs for many more places on the body, but I'm too lazy to take that many measurements on each weigh-in day.

It's nice to measure more than one body part, though, because some weeks I lose fat around the waist, others around the thighs. You would think it would be evenly from all the fatty deposits all over you, but for me it is uneven and inconsistent where the fat disappears from.

Some members have reported losing so much fat from their faces that glasses and goggles no longer fit :smile: Maybe that is where you are primarily losing, Tracyw.

Hi I think I'm measuring wrong I do belly button as told, + waist hasn't gone down drastically But I know from clothing & bra's coz there hanging now hooray, must be me not getting tension correct :like: Sue
