Caroline No Roll***ing!!
21 Jun 2013, 09:34
Well I asked calories day/week for special weeks only as I had 2weeks of eating out 2/3 evenings so put in extra 24hr fast, eating + not counting Cal's for evening meal of Indian with all the extras, was very aware of my meals on non fast days so extra salad or veg to bulk-up, and have walked bit further on 2 of my walks you'll all say its to big a loss but it did just happen!!!
I'm very happy of course and I love my food too much to go overboard, well I didn't get in this state by not loving food,
So Caroline please don't give me a roll/king :like:  Sue
