Oh it was so many years ago for me to see those numbers !!
Never mind right on track now :clover: Sue
Congratulations! I remember that feeling well. Keep it up and you'll be where I am (16 lbs.lost, BMI 28.7) in no time at all!.
Thanks everyone! I've just had a good go at undoing some of it with a lovely dinner of duck with cream sauce - hehehe!

kencc - life. That's what happens to me, all the time, every day. Some are good, some are bad!
Woohoo. Brilliant news. Congratulations. X
If only we were all living close to each other. We'd be having champagne!

Never mind, I'll drink to that tomorrow! Big congratulations my dear, you certainly deserve it! :-)
Hi TML, why are you in maintenance? I'll go and have a look at other threads now to try to catch up.

What's Greek tv like? I can't imagine that can be much worse that UK tv tonight.
Life happened, as you wisely said. I'm away from home for many hours daily, very stressed and too exhausted to eat proper food or only 500 calories per day. On top of that, when I'm stressed, my stomach gives me a very hard time so I'm currently living on either sandwiches or pasta with cheese.
I do manage to keep it low cal though and I haven't gained since my last fast (10 days ago).

I'm watching the Accidental Husband as we speak. Bad film, but there's Colin Firth in it and I just can't stop looking at him and listening to his wonderful English. I'm melting!!! :-)
Congratulations - two mini-goals in one go!
Congrats!
That's stonkingly good news - well done! All the best, FatDog.
