I'm encouraged to hear that. I've been doing 5:2 for four weeks and have lost 6lbs (and 3 inches around my waist) but nothing at all in the last two weeks! I only weigh myself every two weeks. Very disappointing when I got on those scales yesterday especially as my husband has dropped 13lbs over the same period. Don't you just hate it when that happens? I'm being really careful not to binge on my 'feast' days although we do eat out and entertain at home quite often. I'll struggle on to lose the next 14lbs. I was hoping to achieve this by the end of August but maybe I'm being too optimistic

This explains how much you might expect to lose and why your husband is losing more than you.
